Bits and pieces Thailand

We left Thailand

It’s been a while, we know… but we actually did a lot too!

Haircut

As usual, I needed a haircut, we found an awesome place called The Cutler, with a great Vintage vive and great people, it caught my attention and I wasn’t wrong, despite the great work it includes a Thai massage, you leave the place happy, relax and looking caliente!!!

Well… I also went local and I had no complains.

Krabi, Phuket and Islands

Sometimes haircuts go wild or as I like to call it Vato Loco Forever style. With this thief look nobody messed around with us in this beautiful area, we visited the Big Buddha in Phuket, the Hot Springs in Krabi are highly recommended mostly locals are enjoying them. Alex surprised me with this trip because Chiang Mai has no wakeboard places and Phuket has the best one simple called Phuket Wake Park, I finally landed the obstacles!

I can list all the islands but that will be boring, just enjoy the photos and come to check them out! Just take a boat at the beach and they will make it happen for you.

10K

Without sports activities life is mostly boring, so we prepared for this 10K in Chiang Mai, apparently the biggest sports event in the city, but they better start it at 4 AM so they don’t create a traffic chaos.

She and Tokiet@ ran the race together.

Mr. and Mrs. LCC (Lanna Commercial College)

King and Queen of the school, yes, pretty much that but in such a weird way, to be honest a bit slutty from the girls side, but we also had a change to see some traditional dances, my favorites didn’t win, not slutty enough apparently.

Food, yes please

I don’t like to take much pictures of what I eat, I just eat the food. Anyways, here are some shots of my favorite: Spicy Jumbo Squid, that crazy drink and mexican popsicles!

Once every so often we visited this frozen yogurt place called Yogurtory, we became regulars after knowing of Tokiet@’s existence.

This is Alex’s face before and after going to have breakfast at SS1254372 cafe, such a weird name, we picked this place the fist time just for the weird name. Hurray!

My face was a little different about food, specially at Damn good burger!

It’s a bike life

After getting my vintage and heavy bike, I took it a few time to the mountain, downhill was fun with those old breaks but I survived, I even did a urban cyclocross race inside a mall, through the street and dirt, after the festival, some crazy bikes were around and a wall was covered with great graffitis.

I’m not a machine, I also like to rest and Alex loves to take pics of me doing it.

Celebrations

Yeah, well not exactly. Most things seem to be a week off, like Valentine’s, Chinese new year and in between local festivals, specially tributes to the last King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

Yoga

This is called The flag, american or mexican, doesn’t matter, its ours.

VR

Trying the a VR game and my Batman alter ego.

Some other random stuff like Charcoal bread, rose ice cream and Jesus superstar.

Hydrated

Either at the fancy movie theater, at a mexican restaurant, a Harry Potter’s Butter Beer, we kept ourselves hydrated in the hot Chiang Mai. Maybe that margarita had the potential to create Tokiet@, who knows.

You need to be a Bad Hombre to get into an abandoned temple between the forest in the night, lucky I’m but whenever a need a reminder of humility, Alex is there with her headlock.

Some temples are really quiet, I needed to make some noise.

Sometimes listening to Led Zeppelin require good lightning.

And about work this is a nice co-working space.

The end

One last Milo before departing
